Hello, i make plain drinking and greek yoghurt and parfaits. I make the yoghurt exactly or almost exactly as you have described. But my first issue is getting nafdac registration nuber, i have tried since 2017 but gave up because it became tiring. My second challenge is, i make them fresh, without preservatives…and they last long as long as there’s adequate power supply but i dont know how some yoghurt company do it that their products last as long as a month even with poor power supply.
I would also like to learn other types of yoghurt, Soy yogurt etc. Please. Thank you
