Affiliate marketing, as earlier described in previous articles, is one of the best ways to make money online. It is very common amongst bloggers worldwide, and has proven to be a reliable source of income if executed right, for individuals who choose to earn a living through it.

But while affiliate marketing is a great way to make money online, many individuals are left out simply because they don’t own a blog. This is unfortunate, as many affiliate programs only accept bloggers with a decent amount of traffic to join their affiliate programs.

If you don’t own a blog but would still like to make money from affiliate marketing, here are 2 of the best affiliate programs in Nigeria you can join and make up to $100 monthly, even without a blog:

1). Shorte.st:

Why share links to online articles on your social media pages when you can make money from it?!

This is precisely what Shorte.st does for you. It ensures that instead of just sharing links for free on the internet, you can first shorten them on their website before posting them. When a person clicks the link to read the news, they’d first be presented with an advert before they see the content, and for every advert they’re shown, you’ll get paid.

2). Adf.ly:

Just like Shorte.st, Adf.ly is another URL shortening service on the internet. With it, you can also shorten your links and earn money whenever a person clicks them to read the content.

You don’t need to own a blog or any other type of website to make money online with Adf.ly. All you need are a handful of interesting links that people would want to click to read and an engaging social media account. Then you can start shrinking and sharing your links online.

Some great places to share your monetized links on the internet are your Facebook wall, Facebook groups, Twitter, internet forums like Nairaland, blog comment boxes, and even your own articles that you post online.

This is by far one of the simplest and legit ways to make money on the internet without leaving your home or starting a blog.

How Then Do You Receive Money Earned?

These two URL shortening service can pay you through various channels, with the most popular being Paypal and Payoneer. Paypal currently doesn’t let many countries around the world receive money through their service, and so, is not a good bet for any Nigerian or largely African affiliate marketer. But this is where the Payoneer card comes in to save the day.

A Payoneer card is a debit card issued to independent contractors or affiliate marketers by a US company to receive their affiliate earnings or payments for work done. Any amount paid into your Payoneer card can be withdrawn from any ATM machine around the world.

So How Do You Get A Payoneer Card?

First, a Payoneer card is ABSOLUTELY FREE, as it comes at zero cost to you. When you apply for a Payoneer card, it will take 3 to 6 weeks for it to get to you. The sooner you apply for your Payoneer card, the better for you, even if you’re not going to start promoting your adf.ly or shorte.st links today.

  5. Stan Edom hi, just registered for the payoneer and shorte.st and thanks for the insight. my question is this, can one post just any link/url on these affiliate platforms? and how and where can one get urls/links to shorten and post?

    • Hi Olar,

You can post just any link. Also, the links you’re to post should preferrably be links to news or articles online that people would want to read.

If you own blog, you could also include the links in your article.

      Thank you for asking.

    • Hi Linda,

When you mean payment, in what terms exactly?

You can’t receive from your barter card. You’d need Paypal or Payoneer for that.

Also, barter card’s are virtual cards for making direct payments on websites.

Except you mean paying for something with your barter card, then maybe. But if it is to receive affiliate income, the affiliate programs won’t honor it.

      Thank you for asking.

  6. Hello bro.. I registered with payoneer but my account as not been activated because I was asked to upload my National identity card and I uploaded the temporal slip cause that is all I have now, expect my school Id and corper Id.. Cause am currently serving. Plz do you think I can upload the school ID card,Cause I don’t know what to do

    • I don’t think a school ID will work.

If you can get an international passport or a driver’s license, that will work.

      Than you for asking.

    • I suggest you first pick a niche before deciding the first topic.

      Thank you for asking, Chigo.

  8. Most of these affiliate companies are good. I keep wondering if we have affiliate that pay well in Nigeria. Have signed uup for many that never paid off in the past.

  9. The theme also seamlessly supports McAlister’s new Atomic Blocks project, a collection of page-building blocks included in the accompanying Atomic Blocks plugin. It currently includes blocks for creating a post grid, call-to-action, testimonials, inline notices, sharing icons, author profiles, accordions, customizable buttons, drop caps, and spacer/dividers, with many more blocks planned.

  10. Thanks Stan Edom!
Your site is revealing. Is it not true that owners of payoneer account must
pay $30 anually? That hindered me from applying for the card since i just got started in online hustle.
Anyways, thanks for your good work.
